Terreal intends to expand its quality of life at work policy, as it is a key factor in ensuring quality work for every employee. Everything must be done to help each person achieve good work and, ultimately, reach a high level of performance.
Quality of life at work is an issue that is undergoing significant developments given the company's projects and the changes in regulations. It resulted in a set of measures and provisions in various agreements and action plans, including the overall prevention of stress and psychosocial risks in March 2010, and the action plan for the reduction of arduous work in December 2012. In addition, in 2013 a comprehensive action plan establishing managerial security inspections was launched.
