At Terreal, we fit in a listening process and satisfaction of our stakeholders: employees, customers and end users, actors of local life. Dynamic and innovative, our group can adapt to the times and to substantive changes in its sector.
Participating in the development of local areas
TERREAL is involved in developing the regions where it is present. In rural areas, we maintain and create jobs and subcontract a large amount of work. We engage with local communities, and manage our land resources in consultation with the farming world so that our land is used before and after the extraction of the clay.
TERREAL is a member of the network "100 chances, 100 jobs", promoting access to employment for young people in sensitive urban areas.

Being involved in social and cultural life
TERREAL supports many decentralized initiatives in the social and cultural fields. Each site develops its own activities close to local concerns and local players: festivals, youth citizenship, employability, sponsorship.
The Terre & Communes Club, set up in 2011, promotes exchanges of best practices between local authorities and the Group. The club helps concrete projects to emerge: Festiv'Argile Festival, activities in leisure centres, establishing training centres, etc.
Supporting and training professionals
An approved training body, TERREAL’s training initiatives assist building professionals in reliably and sustainably implementing our solutions.
We therefore help our customers maintain and increase their competitive advantage by learning about new regulations and innovations.
