Following the lifting of suspensive conditions, Terreal was able to close the acquisition of Creaton, a German clay tile manufacturer, on December 31, 2020.
This structuring transaction represents a major acceleration in the deployment of the Group's internationalization strategy.
The joint forces of Terreal and Creaton will enable us to :

Extend our reach across Europe and the world. Terreal is a leader in France while Creaton is the n°1 clay roof tiles manufacturer in Germany and Poland. This merger significantly increases our power in Belgium, Italy and Eastern Europe and favours our opportunities for global growth.

To combine stability and dynamic growth. Our leading positions in the French and German markets are strengthened by this alliance, which also offers potential for rapid expansion, particularly in Eastern Europe.
