Following the acquisition of its German counterpart CREATON last December, TERREAL is launching its new range of tiles labelled "made by CREATON". This launch in France of tiles manufactured by CREATON demonstrates the synergy that already exists between these two historic groups. Eight new tile models and their accessories complete the existing TERREAL range of tiles from the North.

TERREAL has embarked on a process of recovering and exploiting data from its industrial equipment in France. TERREAL has proposed to ENSAL (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Lyon) a study partnership as part of its students' course, called "Terres de chantier". The aim of this study project is to reduce the environmental impact of building sites by reusing excavated soil and optimising the management of excavated material in short circuits. This project, in line with TERREAL's CSR commitment, highlights the interest of reusing this soil in association with clay products, such as the Brique Hauteur d'Etage.

TERREAL France signed today with TotalEnergies renouvelables the lease agreements for the development of 8 ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants on rehabilitated land and quarries in France. These solar projects will enable green electricity to be fed back into the grid, accounting for 70% of the electrical energy consumed by TERREAL by 2024. TERREAL is thus pursuing one of the major axes of its roadmap for the drastic reduction of its CO2 emissions.

TERREAL, BOUYER LEROUX and EDILIANS, leaders in the terracotta industry in France, have responded to a call for expressions of interest launched by TISSEO-INGENIERIE for the recovery of excavated material from the third line of the Toulouse metro and its connection to Line B. With sites in the immediate vicinity of the construction site, the three companies have joined forces in a temporary joint venture (GME) in order to experiment with the recovery of excavated materials by integrating them into the manufacturing process of terracotta materials.
