Laurent MUSY

CEO

Laurent Musy has been the CEO of the Terreal group since 2015.

He joined Terreal after spending 17 years in the aluminum industry both in France and overseas, most recently as President of Constellium’s Packaging and Automotive Rolled Products and Aerospace and Transportation business units. Prior to that, he worked for Saint-Gobain and McKinsey.

In June 2018, he was elected President of the Fédération Française des Tuiles et Briques (French Federation of Tile and Brick Manufacturers).

Laurent Musy is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Paris and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Jean-Baptiste FAYET

Managing Director TERREAL France

Jean-Baptiste Fayet holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1999-2000), prior to which he studied at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1997-1999) and the Ecole Polytechnique (1994-1997). 

He began his professional career in 2000 as a Senior Associate Consultant with Boston Consulting Group in Paris, before joining TERREAL in 2002 as Managing Director (Asia), based in Kuala Lumpur. He held this position for ten years, managing the Group companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and China.  Returning to France in 2012, he took up the role of National Sales Director, subsequently becoming Sales Director (Roofing) in 2013. He now serves as Managing Director of TERREAL France in charge of all four product areas (Roofing, Structure, Decoration, Façade).

Philippe POURQUERY

Group Finance Director

Philippe Pourquery began his career at Abbott Laboratories. Consultant to KPMG then Arthur Andersen, he then worked sixteen years in the packaging industry at Crown and Albéa since 2007.

Since 2002, he has expanded responsibilities in the industry and in international environments. Before joining TERREAL, Philippe Pourquery was Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Albéa group.

Philippe Pourquery joined TERREAL as Group Finance Director in June 2018.

Karine Goudy

Director of Human Resources

Karine Goudy is graduated from Neoma Business School and completed her training with an MBA specialized in Human Resources from the University of Paris-Dauphine.

She began her career as a recruitment specialist, notably at Ernst and Young.

Since 2003, she has held a number of HR management positions within the Faurecia automotive group, both at the plant and at headquarters.

In 2018, she became Human Resources Director of the Seating Systems Division, which has 7,000 employees in seven countries.

Karine Goudy joined the TERREAL Group in February 2021 as Director of Human Resources.

Julien CHNEBIERK

Strategy, Business Development and Integration Director , secretary of the ExCom

Julien Chnebierk is graduate of Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord (EDHEC). 

He joined TERREAL in 1998 and took up several management positions in Malaisia, Indonesia and France.

Olivier Butel

Operations Director Western Europe

Olivier Butel graduated from ICAM engineering school and completed his education with a DESS in Business Management from IAE Lille and an Executive MBA from London Business School.

For more than 10 years, he has held the position of Operations Director in industry in international environments.

He manages the French Benelux operations of Placoplatre (Saint Gobain).

Since 2014, he was Director of Operations Europe at Rectifiel.

Olivier Butel was appointed Operations Director for Western Europe in March 2021.

Sebastian DRESSE

CEO of CREATON, vice chairman of the ExCom

After 18 years in the building materials trade and industry, Sebastian Dresse joined CREATON where he serves as Managing Director of the Group with locations in Germany, Poland, Hungary, BeNeLux and Southeast Europe. Previously he worked for Saint-Gobain and Velux.

Sebastian Dresse studied mechanical engineering and business administration in Aachen and Paris, where he obtained an engineering degree and a business administration degree. He then completed his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen.

Sebastian Dresse has been Managing Director of CREATON since 2018.

Jürgen HARTMANN

Operations Director Central and Eastern Europe

Jürgen Hartmann graduated as an engineer from the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne. He started his career at Saint Gobain in the automotive glazing division, where he held operational positions for 12 years.

He then worked in the paper machine garment sector for the US company Xerium Technologies, including as Global Head of Garment Plants.

In 2017, he joined Belgian building materials manufacturer Etex before being appointed Chief Operating Officer of CREATON in 2018.
