It was no mean feat, however… This tower block seemed condemned to austerity, standing thirty metres high, with straight façades and dotted with small windows and balconies positioned one immediately below the other, leaving very little room for aesthetic qualities. But that was before allowing for the inventiveness of the architects tasked with the project, who banked on Piterak® XS rainscreen cladding to liven up the façades and give the building a new lease of life.
Fast implementation, durability and impressive thermal performance… While the designers were attracted by the technical qualities of Piterak® XS, they were also very aware of its creative potential. Three warm, natural shades are used in combination here (cream, chocolate and marron glacé), in a layout seemingly without any obvious logic at first glance, as though just left to chance. Apparently anarchic choreography which is, however, the keystone to this regeneration! Through this orderly disorder, shaking up the severity of the block, the architects put their seal on an original project in the form of a renaissance. Taking daring to new heights!
