Inclusion with Duoday

TERREAL is committed to combating discrimination by promoting the integration and retention of disabled people in the workplace. Whenever possible, we work with local players (Capemploi, local Agefiph branch) to adapt the workstations of our employees who are recognised as disabled workers. Terreal also participates in Duoday.

What is the principle behind DuoDay?

Create a duo between a person with a disability and an employee of a private or public company to spend the day together in the company. DuoDay is a way of removing preconceived ideas and raising awareness of the diversity of disability situations at work. This day allows people to meet each other, to create vocations but also to create opportunities for future collaborations because employment is one of the vectors of inclusion.

In 2021, 4 pairs were formed within the HR, HSE, Transport and CSR departments for this day rich in sharing and discovery.

On the programme: discovery of the job, active participation, immersion in the company.
